"Value Added" Services

• Reverse Engineering… No prints? No problem. Metalforms has a staff of Solidworks qualified draftsmen who can generate prints from your sample part. We also have a FARO Gold Arm digitizer which speeds-up the process and helps to ensure the end product's accuracy.
• Powder coating, Zinc plating… We have a competitive local powder coater, plus a regional Zinc plater. Coated product can be drop-shipped direct to you or delivered back to Metalforms for packaging.
• Part number stamping… for metal parts is available.
• Product warehousing… allows you to keep your inventory levels low, yet still react quickly to sales spikes.
• Reduced freight costs… Due to our high shipping volume, we receive exceptional UPS and truck freight discounts that are passed-on to you.
• Packaging… Metalforms produces turn-key, packaged products for several customers. We offer assembly line packaging, complete with an automated weigh-check and custom part number labeling (including bar codes and your logo). Packing material options include expanding foam, foam sheet wrap, bubble wrap and variable density air bags (for void fill). We work closely with several large, regional packaging firms, and can even design product-specific packaging, as well as point-of-purchase color packaging.
